The Whistleblowers’ Protection Law was enacted in 2018 and amended in 2020.<div>It provides a system of protections and incentives for whistleblowers, who disclose to either the Public Prosecutor Office or the National Anti-Corruption Institution information regarding acts of corruption.

تم اقرار قانون حماية كاشفي الفساد في العام 2018 وتم تعديله في العام 2020.<div>وهو ينص على نظام حماية وتحفيز كاشفي الفساد الذين يقدّمون للجهات المعنية، أي للنيابة العامة التمييزية أوللهيئة الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد معلومات عن حالة فساد معيّنة.            </div>
