In collaboration with Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) and Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan, Gherbal Initiative has finalized the Public Procurement Law Citizens' Guide in English and Arabic languages.

</div><div>This guide explains the Public Procurement Law in Lebanon No. 244/2021, issued in the Official Gazette on July 29, 2021, in a simplified manner enabling interested and concerned entities, from public and private sectors, academics, civil society, citizens and international donor agencies, to understand the principles and provisions of this law related to procurement and governance of the Public Procurement System.
<br><br></div><div>This guide sheds light on the most prominent provisions and regulations of this reform and modern law enhancing efficiency, competition, transparency and accountability in public procurement, in compliance with international standards.</div><div>

بالتعاون مع مبادرة الشراكة الشرق أوسطية (MEPI) ومعهد باسل فليحان المالي والاقتصادي، قامت مبادرة غربال بتصميم كتيّب عبارة عن دليل للمواطن حول أحكام قانون الشراء العام باللغتين العربيّة والإنكليزيّة.

</div><div>يشرح هذا الدليل قانون الشراء العام في لبنان 244/2021 الصادر في الجريدة الرسمية بتاريخ 29 تموز 2021، بطريقة مبسطة تمكّن أصحاب المصلحة والجهات المعنية من قطاع عام وقطاع خاص وأكاديميين ومجتمع مدني ومواطنين وجهات دولية مانحة، من فهم مبادئ هذا القانون وأحكامه المتعلقة بعمليات الشراء وحوكمة منظومة الشراء العام.
<br><br></div><div>يلقي الدليل الضوء على أبرز ما تضمّنه هذا القانون الإصلاحي والعصري من أحكام وضوابط تعزز الفعالية والمنافسة والشفافية والمساءلة في الشراء العام، التزاماً بالمعايير الدولية.</div><div>
