In collaboration with Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) and Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan, Gherbal Initiative has issued the Transparency Charter in English and Arabic languages.

</div><div>The objective of this charter is to help the procuring entities understand the public procurement law and abide by the binding steps to ensure the principle of transparency and integrity when implementing the public procurement mechanism, as well as to motivate the procuring entities to implement the law by answering the following questions and mentioning any additional observations as a result of their experience.</div>

بالتعاون مع مبادرة الشراكة الشرق أوسطية (MEPI) ومعهد باسل فليحان المالي والاقتصادي، أطلقت مبادرة غربال ميثاق الشفافية باللغتين العربيّة والإنكليزيّة.

</div><div>إنّ الهدف من هذا الميثاق هو مساعدة الجهات الشارية على فهم قانون الشراء العام والتقيّد بالخطوات الواجب اتباعها لضمان مبدأ الشفافية والنزاهة عند تنفيذ آليّة الشراء العام، كما وتحفيز الجهات الشارية على تطبيق القانون من خلال الإجابة على الأسئلة المطروحة وذكر أيّ ملاحظات إضافيّة نتيجة تجربتهم.</div>
