This Standard Bidding Document for the Procurement of Supplies has been prepared based on the format adopted by the World Bank and the documents of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. It has been adapted to align with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law in Lebanon and relevant European Union standards.
The document was developed through collaboration between the Public Procurement Authority in Lebanon and Expertise France within the reform project "Supporting Progress in Key Areas of Public Administration in Lebanon", funded by the European Union.
